"PADOR is an on-line database in which organisations register themselves and update regularly their data. Data provided by organisations in PADOR is used by the European Commission for checking the eligibility of the organisations that participate in calls for proposals.

In case you cannot register your organisation in PADOR for technical reasons, you may prepare a request for a derogation with a text explaining the encoutered technical problems and include it in your application envelope for the concept note with the deadline 1 June 2009.
