“What is being European?” Design Competition

The British Embassy in Ankara and the British Consulate-General in Istanbul organise a design competition entitled “What is being European?” to promote the vision of being European of Turkish youth.

The competition is especially intended for students between 15-21 years old, who studies or plan to study fine arts. Candidates should prepare an A1 or A2 size poster with the ‘Being European’ theme.

The prize of the competition will be a trip to the UK including a visit to Liverpool, the European Capital of Culture 2008.

Candidates should apply to the British Consulate-General in Istanbul by 7th March 2008.
