New deadline for the Lorenzo Natali Prize for journalists is July 31

Participation in the Lorenzo Natali Prize 2008 for journalists has been extended to July 31, according to the organizers.

The Lorenzo Natali Prize is a competition organised by the European Commission which rewards journalists that have been dealing with issues such as democracy, human rights and the developing world. For the first time this year, the Lorenzo Natali Prize is open to radio and television journalists.
