Mr. Marc Pierini, Head of the Delegation of the European Commission to Turkey, delivered a speech at the EU Seminar held at the European Studies Centre of Ankara University. During his speech, Mr. Pierini underlined that the EU-Turkey train was moving; negotiation was definitely on and said, 'Any negotiation has its ups and downs. But, at all points in time, we should take the global picture, not just the image of today's obstacle. Let us work together towards our common objective'.
