Dear Visitor,

Every year since December 2011, on the occasion of the universal Human Rights Day, the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye organises the EU Human Rights Film Days and Short Film Competition. The two events benefit from the support of the Diplomatic Missions and Cultural Centres of EU Member States and participation of public institutions and local administrations. They bring together the academia, civil society, media and art community. It is an occasion for everyone to reflect on, discuss and share human rights concerns through art. A selection of 24 European films will meet the audience, free of charge, in special screenings for Türkiye: at Ankara Kızılay Büyülü Fener Cinema on 8-11 December; and also online, on the digital platform of Festival Scope, on 9-18 December.
