Like thousands of his peers fleeing the war, Rahell embarked on a hard journey from the Middle East to Europe without a visa or a passport with the hope of joining a branch of his family that have been living in Sweden for many years. Having disembarked in Italy however, Rahell soon discovers The Dublin Regulation,
which states that refugees must reside in the country of first entry. Separated from his final destination, Rahell is now stuck in Italy, a land of transit.
