Summary of the Action

Overall objective

To support educational infrastructure investments, including school constructions as well as school equipment and capacity building of the MoNE in this area.

Adana, Ankara, Bursa, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaras, Kayseri, Kilis, Konya, Mersin, Osmaniye

Target groups

Syrians under Temporary Protection (SuTP) who are in need of access to education and residents of local communities living in the identified locations.

Expected results

1. 56 schools and 1 community training center constructed, furnished and equipped, ready to operate.

2. Capacity Building of MoNE for project management and technical capacity.

1. School infrastructure investments supported.

2. Quality learning environment enhanced.

3. Project management and technical capacity building for infrastructure provided
