Overall objective |
To increase employability and economic and social resilience of Syrians under Temporary Protection (SuTPs) and host community members through vocational orientation, testing and certification. |
Specific objective(s) |
To increase the supply of SuTPs and host community members with certified vocational qualifications, and improve their employability; to increase willingness and capacity of businesses to employ certified SuTPs and host community members formally in selected provinces. |

Expected results |
1. At least 30.000 SuTPs/ Turks profiled in terms of skill mapping; 2. 30.000 SuTPs/ Turks provided with vocational guidance; 3. 20.000 eligible SuTPs/ Turks enrolled in certification preparation (orientation – 20.000 at most)) programmes and certification programmes; 4. 15.000 SuTPs/ Turks certified through certification programmes; 5. 3.000 certified SuTPs/ Turks (at least %50 from HC) having obtained employment as a result of the certification programme; 6. 2.000 ( at most) employed SuTPs provided with Turkish Language training through Kizilay, ISKUR and/or Public Education Centers; 7. At least 1.000 companies provided with information on SuTP work permit requirements and application process; importance of vocational certification. |
